10/08/2017 Back in action when our WiFi returned at lunch time today. Much slower than most of you, but we are back to our norm of 0.5.
Maximum temperature 20C, minimum 12C. 14 km/h NW wind with 39 km/h gusts. 6mm rain measured in the last 2 days. Intermittent rain/sun most of the last couple of days.
Rain drops on roses....
Jewels on a spider web.
Rain drops on the willow tree. If you care to stand on your head you can see our house in the rain drop 😉
Bumble bee in the pumpkin flowers....
and at rest.
The bees seem to like the rotting plums.
There were some brave butterflies out - Red Admiral (Vanessa atalanta)....
Small white (Pieris rapae)...
and my guess is this is the opposite sex to the one above from the play that was going on!
Speckled Wood (Pararge aegeria).
Tomatoes looking good...
Eurasian Collared-Dove (Streptopelia decaocto).
