Maximum temperature 16C,  minimum 8C.  5 km/h NW wind with 19 km/h gusts. 3 mm of rain overnight. Rain on and off this afternoon, not measured yet.
A trip to our Saturday morning market - fresh oysters for lunch :-)

Checking the cinema times - we are going to see Dunkirk tonight.

Then a trip up the road to watch a few of the cars in the  the Circuit des Remparts Charente International Rally.

    Have to show my husband, this post!!!

    He has a 1950 Five Window Chevy truck. And a 1930 Model A Ford Coupe, with rumble seat!

    And one of our sons has a 1967 Mustang Convertible, with original paint. (red)

  6. I see the temperature is dropping! Oh those cars, restored and maintained with such love. I think I'd be too nervous to drive them for fear of scratching someone's precious project.

    1. We had old cars in South Africa and I always used to park miles from anywhere to stop people from swinging doors open. It did not always work though some people are very inconsiderate!! Keep well. Cheers Diane

  9. The cars are fabulous Diane, that's quite a diverse selection.. naturally j'adore the older vintage, particularly the Morgan, so very elegant oui!

    1. We are both Porsche fans our favourite being the model 356. Seldom ever see them out nowadays though, they are now sooooo expensive. Mush more fun the new cars. Cheers Diane

  11. Love the pink Citroen van and would make it into a camper. Owned a Mustang convertible like that. Sorry I'm so far behind.
